We all know that dipping sauce is a common condiment, and many delicacies are eaten with dipping sauce. There are many ways to make dipping sauces. Different methods use different condiments, and the taste is also different. So what kind of dipping sauce is more fragrant? Let’s take a closer look below!

What to add to the dipping sauce to make it more fragrant

There are two types of dipping sauces: dry and wet, both of which are different:

1. Dry dipping sauces can be added as follows:

Sea pepper noodles, Sichuan peppercorns, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, salt, pepper, crushed peanuts, cooked sesame seeds, and soybean powder

Dry dipping sauces focus on the comprehensive taste of various dry ingredients, which is fragrant.

2. Wet dipping sauces can be added as follows:

Soy sauce, vinegar, coriander, shallots, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, oil, sesame paste

Wet dipping sauces focus on the fusion of various seasonings, fresh and moist.

What kind of sauce tastes good?

Personally, I generally like to add coriander and chili (fresh millet pepper is best) when making dipping sauces. A dipping sauce without chili lacks soul. Secondly, you can also add sesame oil or sesame oil, minced garlic, and then pour in hot oil and stir.

If there is any dipping sauce that is particularly fragrant, it is garlic sauce. It can be called an all-purpose sauce. Chop the garlic, fry it, and add other seasonings such as light soy sauce. If you like spicy food, add some chili powder and it can be kept in the refrigerator for several days.

We often stir-fry garlic sauce at home. It can be used to dip oysters, or used as a hot pot dipping sauce. It can also be used to mix noodles and eat it. It is quite delicious.
